I've tried many weight loss methods, including some strange folk remedies. In the end, I found that the most effective combination is healthy weight loss products, diet control, and appropriate exercise!

My weight loss experience:

4. Record your weight and diet daily.

These are all to motivate myself.

If your scale is sensitive, you can weigh yourself every day. If it's not, weigh yourself every 3-4 days, or even once a week. I personally have two scales: one with a 0.5kg scale and one digital scale. I use the digital scale every day, weighing myself immediately on an empty stomach after waking up, urinating, and defecating, so I can compare my daily results. I also record my daily weight changes and diet like a diary. I review it every day, reflect on my progress, and constantly remind myself not to give up.
