Before losing weight, I was 166 cm tall and weighed 108 catties. I was neither fat nor thin, but I wanted to lose even more weight! Specifically, I mixed honey and white vinegar in a 1:4 ratio and drank it 20 minutes before breakfast and immediately after lunch and dinner every day. I tried to use white vinegar without any added chemicals.

I always eat breakfast immediately after drinking it, otherwise my stomach will feel very uncomfortable because after a night of digestion, there is not much food in my stomach. If I drink this and don't eat in time, my stomach will not be able to handle it in the long run. We should prioritize our health when trying to lose weight.

  During this period, I ate a relatively light diet, but I didn't eat less or skip meals, except for the difficult part of drinking this. After three days, I stepped on the scale and found myself at 108 pounds—not a pound less! I was stunned, but then I thought, "It's only been a few days!" I continued my efforts. A week later, I stepped on the scale again—wow, 106 pounds! Hehe, this gave me tremendous courage because I'd always been eating quite a lot; it couldn't have been from dieting. I continued drinking it consistently. Sometimes when I ate out and couldn't drink it immediately afterward, I'd drink it later at home. Other times, I had early morning classes and didn't have time to drink it in the morning, so I'd skip it, drinking it only twice a day.

  To give myself an even bigger surprise, I didn't weigh myself for the first month after drinking this, but I was really looking forward to it!
