Some people eat certain foods, but in reality, dietary supplements are never as good as medicinal supplements. Medicinal supplements will definitely irritate and damage your stomach and intestines to varying degrees. You might lose weight, but at the cost of your digestive system, it's not worth it. Furthermore, a bad stomach can lead to indigestion later, which is why you might experience rebound weight gain. A balanced diet of whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and a mix of meat and vegetables will result in a more balanced physique. I recommend drinking more millet porridge, which is good for the stomach and for your complexion. Drinking a glass of warm milk at night can help detoxify and aid weight loss. Eating an apple or banana daily is very beneficial for your digestive system. When your gastrointestinal function is poor, with weak peristalsis and poor digestion and absorption, eating red dates regularly is very suitable to improve gastrointestinal function and boost energy.
