If you could lose weight with just a few morning exercises, wouldn't you be excited? Hehe, it certainly sounds tempting and exciting, but losing weight through yoga isn't easy; we need to understand it in depth first.
Step 1: Awaken the muscles
Begin by practicing three minutes of deep breathing for two days. When inhaling, contract your abdomen. When exhaling, you should feel the breath traveling down your spine. Physical benefits: It promotes oxygen flow in the muscles during preparation. Mental benefits: It helps achieve a calm and peaceful state of mind.
Step 2: Extend your body backward

Stand with your arms raised overhead, as if stretching, but with a greater range of motion. If lying in bed, you can grasp the edge of the bed above your head with both hands (or press your arms against the sides of the bed), and raise one leg at a time (or both legs simultaneously) with straight knees. Raise your legs slightly faster and lower them slightly slower. Do 20 repetitions. This helps reduce excess fat in the lower abdomen, strengthens abdominal muscles, and increases their elasticity.
Step 3: Side waist stretch
Place your right hand on your right shin or ankle, and your left hand on your left ribcage. Then rotate your body to the left, opening it so that your left shoulder is in line with your right shoulder. Rotate your left foot so that your left toes point forward and your right toes point to the side. If you feel stable at this point, raise your left arm straight up towards the ceiling, so that it is in line with your right shoulder. Keep your spine straight and look at your left arm. If this restricts your neck movement, you can look forward. Breathe, then repeat on the other side.
This exercise is very effective in reducing fat and excess flesh in the waist and hips, strengthening the muscles in the waist and hips, and strengthening the kidneys.
Step 4: Relaxation exercises to conclude the session
Lie down or sit quietly and listen to your breathing. Then smile. This is "mouth yoga," which can help improve your facial muscles and make you feel better.
