However, it's important to note that people with high cholesterol should only eat egg whites.

So, losing weight doesn't necessarily mean dieting! If you stick to eating two eggs for breakfast, a little lean red meat and vegetables for lunch (try to keep rice under 100g), and whole-wheat bread for dinner (you can add some lettuce or other vegetables, but no fillings or sugary foods), these are all foods that will make you feel full. With your stomach always full, you won't overeat anymore. If you don't overeat, you'll lose weight, and that's all while ensuring you get enough nutrition.

If you stick to this diet for two weeks, along with reasonable exercise, even just walking around, you can easily lose 15 pounds. After a month, you can also wear a miniskirt and enjoy the envious glances of others.
