Losing weight while lying in bed? Isn't that an unusual method? Learn the following lying-down weight loss method for effortless results.
The "lying down" method: the laziest fitness technique in history.
1. Lie on your back in bed with your hands at your sides and your legs together. Then, cross your arms and stretch your arms and shoulders above your head to stretch your arm and shoulder muscles. Point your toes to stretch your leg muscles and hold for 2 minutes.
2. Hold a cushion or pillow with both hands, lean your face to the side against the cushion, keep your shoulders level, avoid resting your chest on the cushion, and keep your hips perpendicular to the bed. Keep your upper leg straight and horizontal, stretching your leg muscles as much as possible, while your lower leg is naturally bent. This position is the most comfortable for watching TV or sleeping.
3. Lie on your back in bed and use a rolling pin to roll your abdomen 20 times in an up-and-down motion, from below your chest to your pelvis (about three inches below your navel). The rolling force can break down and metabolize the accumulated fat.
