Women seem to be born with an addiction to dieting, always wanting to be a little thinner, and then a little thinner still. But how can you actually "lose a little more weight"? It's actually quite simple. Find the problem you most easily overlook during your process; perhaps this small detail is the button that lets you "lose a little more weight"...

1. It is more effective to exercise and rest at the same time.
A study has found that incorporating short rest periods into exercise can increase the rate of fat burning. Researchers tested a group of healthy individuals. Each person performed two sessions of aerobic exercise at the same intensity for the same total time: one continuous exercise and the other with rest periods in between. Their fat metabolism metrics were then measured.
The results showed that although both types of exercise burned the same total number of calories, 77% of the calories burned in exercises with rest periods came from fat, compared to only 56% in exercises without rest periods. If you exercise continuously for 40 minutes each time, try exercising for 20 minutes, resting for 5 minutes, and then exercising again. The total exercise time remains the same, but you'll burn more fat and appear "a little thinner"!
