Next, relax every part of your body from top to bottom: relax your forehead, eyes, eyebrows, ears, and corners of your mouth; relax your shoulders, arms, chest, ribs, stomach, navel, and lower abdomen; relax your waist, hips, and perineum; relax the soles and toes of your feet.
