A diet

In mid-March, I started not eating after noon and not eating staple foods.

One day at the end of March, it broke out, and it broke out very badly.

The day after the incident, I started a 21-day intermittent fast. I really did stick to it for three days without eating anything. For those three whole days, I only drank a cup of yogurt, a cup of honey water, and a bowl of mushroom soup without cream.

I will continue my indefinite period of not eating after noon and not eating staple foods until I return to China in mid-May. My weight is approximately 63kg.

The result was that I lost about 10 pounds in two months, but not many people could tell. I think I probably lost most of the muscle and water. It also led to a series of serious consequences: irregular menstruation (now it's once every two months on average), hair loss (still very serious), chest tightness and shortness of breath (now it's improved), acne, and so on.
