●Method●
It's just the most common and basic phrase: "eat less and move more." Honestly, this is the most effective, healthiest, and least likely to cause weight regain.
Diet: Eat three normal meals a day, but reduce the portion sizes, especially rice, by about half. Eat less oily food, and eat more vegetables. Dinner should consist mainly of protein and vegetables. Give up sugary drinks, late-night snacks, and junk food. Also, drink plenty of water; I drink at least 2000cc of water a day. I usually keep my daily calorie intake below 1400 calories. (This depends on your individual basal metabolic rate.)
