Obesity is not something that happens overnight. It is caused by bad lifestyle habits and an unreasonable diet in daily life. In order for long-term obese people to lose weight, in addition to making a feasible and effective weight loss plan and sticking to it, some daily habits also need to be changed gradually. If you persist in this for a long time, you can lose weight easily!

1. Give yourself a mantra: "I won't eat anything after 9 pm." This means you can't postpone dinner until after 9 pm or eat unhealthy food after 9 pm. Schedule your last meal and snack time so that your body can finish digesting the food just before you go to sleep.
2. Before dining out, have a protein smoothie (a milk and juice drink that can be made into a "protein smoothie" by adding eggs). While the taste of a protein smoothie might not be great, it can keep you full for a while, so you won't order too much food.
3. When you go out, park your car a little further away to increase your walking activity. If you usually carry a backpack with you, that's even better, as it will increase your physical activity even more.

4. Take a day off. Friday is usually a good day because after a week, everyone needs a break. You can eat some things you normally can't, but of course, don't overindulge.
5. Exercise on weekends too. Most people can find a lot of reasons not to exercise on weekends, but if you're willing to spend some time exercising on weekends, you'll reach your weight loss goals faster.
6. If you're too lazy to cook on the stove, use the microwave. Make your own nutritious and weight-loss breakfast: eggs, vegetables, and low-fat cheese.

7. Imagine your stomach as a fire. If you keep adding fuel to it, it will keep burning and the fire will burn fiercely. Similarly, after exercise, this fire will burn even more intensely, and anything you throw in will burn even faster.
8. Exercise before your weekend party. This will make you think twice about what you eat and drink when you're out having fun!
9. Don't put the salad dressing on the salad. Instead, put it on the side and use your fork to dip it in the dressing before eating the salad. This way, you can enjoy the deliciousness of the dressing without putting in too much.
10. Climb stairs frequently. My office is on the 11th floor, and there are 368 steps from the 11th floor to the basement (I counted). If I run up and down the stairs twice a day, I'll be well on my way to my weight loss goal.
