There are many different kinds of weight loss exercises, but are there any simple ones? Here are a few simple movements that can help you lose weight and show off your beautiful figure all summer long.
Simple abdominal exercises
Lie flat on the ground with your legs straight, then lift them up and lower them back down without letting them touch the ground. Repeat 15 times.
Exercise intensity: 3-4 times a day, 15 times each time.
Supine sit-up exercises to strengthen abdominal muscles
1. Bend your knees to 60 degrees and elevate your feet with a pillow.
2. Place your right hand on your left knee and lift yourself up until your shoulders are off the ground. Do this 10 times, then switch hands and do 10 more times.
Breathing exercises for obliques
1. Relax your whole body, inhale a lot of air through your nose, and then slowly exhale through your mouth. After exhaling about 70% of the air, hold your breath.
2. Contract your lower abdomen, let the breath rise to the upper chest, then expand your abdomen to let the breath fall back down to your abdomen.
3. Bring the air up to your chest, then down to your abdomen, and slowly exhale through your mouth. Repeat this 5 times for a total of two sets.
Turning to train internal and external oblique muscles
1. Stand on your left foot, lift your right foot, clasp your hands together and twist your body forcefully, touching your right knee with your left elbow.
2. Repeat 20 times, alternating between left and right sides.
