Drink 500 ml of warm water in the morning, then perform the following five exercises in sequence. After completing one set, immediately drink another 500 ml of warm water and repeat the exercise. Generally, you should feel the urge to defecate after two sets. At this point, you can try going to the toilet, but do not force yourself to defecate. Movement 1: Skyscraper Pose

1. Sky Pose: Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart. Inhale as you slowly raise both arms overhead, straightening them, interlacing your hands, and rotating your wrists so your palms face upward. Exhale as you slowly bend your upper body down, bringing your arms with you, until your body is parallel to the ground. Inhale again as you slowly raise your hands, and exhale as you separate your hands and lower them to your sides.

Movement 2: Tree in the Wind Pose

2. Wind-blown Tree Pose: Stand upright with feet together and arms at your sides. Inhale, slowly raise your hands overhead, palms together, while simultaneously lifting your heels. Exhale, bend your upper body from the waist, leaning to the right. Hold for a few seconds, then inhale to return to the starting position.
