Here are seven yoga poses to help you feel good both physically and mentally, and quickly stretch to achieve a beautiful figure.
Exercise 1: Waist Stretch
Sit with your left leg straight, bend your right knee and place your right foot in front of you at about a 90-degree angle to the ground. Support yourself with both arms in front of you and rotate your body to the left as far as possible until you feel a slight soreness in your waist and abdomen. Repeat this movement on the left and right sides.

Exercise 2: Spinal Stretch
