There's a waist-twisting technique that can help you quickly lose belly fat and show off your beautiful waistline.
Spinal rotation exercises (4 x 8 counts)
Exercise purpose: To relieve tension in the back.
Precautions: The entire movement should be slow and coordinated. When rotating the neck and waist, rotate as far as you can.
Starting position: Standing upright.
1×8 counts: 1-2 counts: Step out to the left with your left foot (shoulder width apart), while raising both arms to the sides and turning your upper body 90 degrees to the left; 3-4 counts: Turn your upper body back, raise both arms to the sides, and keep your legs in the same position; 5-6 counts: Same as 1-2 counts, but in the opposite direction; 7-8 counts: Same as 3-4 counts, but in the opposite direction.
2×8 beats: Same as 1×8 beats.
3×8 counts: 1-2 counts: bend your arms at chest level, turn your upper body 90 degrees to the left, and swing your arms backward twice; 3-4 counts: keep your lower body still and return your upper body to the starting position; 5-6 counts: same as 1-2 counts, but in the opposite direction; 7-8 counts: same as 3-4 counts, but in the opposite direction.
4×8 counts: The movements are the same as 3×8 counts, but in the opposite direction. On the 8th count, bring your legs and hands back to an upright position.
