Fortunately, this type of "occupational obesity" is not stubborn. Experts believe that as long as you adjust your posture and remind yourself to straighten your chest, pull in your stomach, straighten your back, and sit upright like a suspended bell, even if you can't maintain this posture all the time, doing it whenever you remember can help you lose 2 pounds or more of excess fat from your belly. If you do one hour of moderate-intensity brisk walking, jogging, or aerobics 4-5 times a week, which promotes cardiovascular activity and muscle contraction, you can better prevent fat accumulation, enhance fat consumption, and quickly regain a healthy and standard figure.
