Weight loss methods from super-mommy to slim hot girl

I've been chubby since I was a child. Even as a baby, my arms and thighs were round and plump, and I had a big belly. Apparently, my neighbors nicknamed me "Pigsy" (a character from Journey to the West). For over ten years of schooling, I was almost always the fattest girl in my class. As I grew up, I was 160cm tall, and my lightest weight was 124 pounds, while my heaviest was over 140 pounds. While not super obese, I was definitely a typical baby with chubby cheeks…

Before I got married in 2005, I weighed 130 pounds. I gave birth to my daughter in January 2006, and for nearly two years until the winter of 2007, my figure remained incredibly full, just like right after childbirth. My face looked like a perfectly risen steamed bun, making my nose and eyes almost invisible. I wore pants with a 2.6-foot waist, and my thighs were as thick as 18.9-liter water bottles. In the summer, when I wore T-shirts, my bra was so tight that the excess fat on my back seemed about to spill out. During those two years, my weight remained between 150 and 160 pounds. At the time, I was completely focused on my child and oblivious to my own unattractive appearance, so I didn't feel the need to lose weight.

My awareness of my obesity stemmed from a small, accidental incident. In one of my classes, there was a handsome but academically poor boy named [Name Missing]. He was very tall and sat in the last row of the classroom. Whenever students were reciting or doing exercises, I would walk around the classroom to answer their questions. One time, as I walked to the back, he suddenly said to me, "Teacher, you should lose weight." He was usually cheerful and outgoing, and we sometimes joked around, so his words didn't really catch my attention at the time. But in the days that followed, I kept thinking about it: Maybe I really should lose weight? I can't even fit into my old clothes anymore; should I really lose weight? After repeatedly examining myself like this, I finally came to a conclusion: I really should lose weight!

Anyone who is dissatisfied with their body shape has experienced this: losing weight is not a momentous event, but it is no less of a test of willpower than running a marathon! Over the years, I have made many attempts to lose weight, but I have never succeeded and have always gotten fatter.
